Virtual Office
One of more interesting projects the Pylon team undertook was for a technical staffing client in San Ramon in need of a virtual office. From an IT standpoint, this company, including their website, telephone system, E-mail, accounting, and business applications specific to their industry, is now completely run by hosted solutions. Among the numerous benefits of this implementation are the lack of expenses for office space and IT staff members, no future costs for servers, software, or maintenance contracts, and no need to deal with many of the issues concerning most companies today like spam, virus prevention, network security, and data backups. Our solution was so effective, they no longer have need for our services, but they call us once in while just to say hi.
